Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.


Understanding your insurance coverage can be quite challenging. We are not contracted providers to any insurance plan. You are responsible for the payment IN FULL to the doctor on the day of service. If you do have dental insurance, we will submit to your insurance company after treatment is completed, provided that you supply our office with the proper insurance information. Your insurance company will reimburse you any insurance benefit that you are entitled to for that procedure.

  • The fee for root canal treatment in this office is based upon the complexity of the tooth that is to be treated. All fees will be quoted prior to the start of treatment.
  • It is the policy of this office that the full fee be paid at the completion of treatment.
  • For your convenience we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express. Additionally, we have partnered with CareCredit to offer our patients flexible payment plans to fit individual needs and financial circumstances. This is a line of credit through Synchrony Bank. Depending on balance, we offer 6 or 12 months interest free. If you choose this option, please visit our CareCredit page to apply. Once accepted you will receive an account number that you can bring to your appointment to be applied as payment.
